“I have been going to Parkland for 15+ years. i have had two surgeries, one being for breast cancer. From initial through follow ups, every one involved was wonderful. My latest visit, was to Cardiac out patient dept for my annual echo to monitor a condition. (It was an initial visit years ago due to extreme hyper tension- i met Dr Cohen. He brought solutions & kindness for me. I have continued to go each year. The cardiologist that I have seen are some of the best. The techs who have done my echo each year are professional & friendly. The tech I had last week was also tech that I had last year. This year I met Dr Graff, who immediately put my mind at ease. I want to mention Gerri & thank her for her continued kindness. Thank you to the nurses who have made follow up calls to see how I am doing. “Dr. MacDonald takes time needed to address health issues I may have. He is a listener. He encourages me to be part of the decision making and solution. Since I've been seeing him for almost 2 years, he has discovered the proper medication 'recipe' to keep me going. Dr MacDonald keeps in touch on a regular basis and continues to make prescription changes as needed for my various medical needs. He is easy and comfortable to talk to. So glad he is my PCP, and I know he'll keep me UP on my two feet for a long time.“

“I recently visited the cutting edge for the first time, the front desk staff was very welcoming and informative especially Brandon. The nurse (Demetria) did my Botox treatment and she was amazing! The treatment was very well done, fast, painless and my results thus far are beautiful! Highly recommend visiting if you are in the area!!!“

“I had my first appointment with Lamprey this morning. I was very impressed with the staff, as everyone was not only very pleasant, they seemed actually happy. Every single person I interacted with today was happy and helpful, everyone had smiles. Even the construction workers were friendly and happy, one pointing me in the right direction to check in when I came in. I have some experience as an owner in healthcare, and this is the kind of patient-staff interaction that most businesses wish they had.

My appointment was establishing a new PCP, and both the MAs and the APRN were thorough and knowledgable. All test results were explained, and explained well, all of my questions answered, and a follow up was not only recommended, but set up so that I would receive a reminder.

“I took my mom to the emergency department at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on a Friday evening for breathing problems. I am very pleased with the experience we had and how she was cared for. She was taken from the waiting area quickly, triaged and immediately brought into the emergency department for treatment. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and technicians all introduced themselves and were efficient and thorough. The doctor was attentive and patient. He explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered.“

“I recently changed to Dr Meghana Tadepalli in the Bedford practice. She is quite knowledgeable and kind, great with follow up needs. Quality of care is excellent and I've yet to wait beyond my appointment time. She's very refreshing to work with.“

“I saw Dr. Cronk to both implant a spinal cord stimulator, and nine months later to remove it. I’m quite sure that Dr. Cronk had nothing to do with the failure of my stimulator to help me, rather that the overall incidence of stimulator failures is pretty high. On removal, Dr. Cronk confirmed that the placement of the paddles was perfect. As an aside to those considering an implant - do your research, as in reading papers on PubMed or Cochran. And yes, my trial was effective. But back to Dr. Cronk, she’s smart as a whip and exudes confidence and calm. Regarding her bedside manner, I felt she listened well, she addressed my concerns, and she did not shy from enumerating the risks and possible complications. However, she is a bit cool in her demeanor, and not one to smile much. That said, my primary concern was getting a highly competent surgeon, and as far as I can tell, she is that. As long as you’re not in need of a doctor who makes you feel warm and fuzzy, you can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Cronk. You’ll be in good hands.“
