I came in this morning for a same-day walk-in and was told to return at 1:15. I came back at 1 to be safe, and it’s now 3:20 and I’m still waiting to be seen. This feels very unprofessional, especially since I came here for back pain and the extra waiting has only made it worse.

Of the worst. Super slow. Yesterday I was there since 10am and they came to call me almost at 3pm to assist me and there were also other people who were there earlier. And let's not talk about the laboratory that can be heard talking and takes too long to even collect a simple sample.

I have been a patient of glfhc for over 30 years and I have been since Tuesday trying to get a medicine change because trulity has been out a stock for like a long time getting no where with them left 3 messages no call back
