By far the WORST medical experience I’ve ever had. Not only will this facility have you waiting over 2 hours for your appointment with a toddler!!!! They will also yell your family’s name throughout because they’ve lost your paperwork and can’t find it. Very disorganized and clear miscommunication on all front. Note: these experiences happened multiple times over a 6 month span. The only positive experience I’ve had was the actual allergy testing with Kelly, she is fantastic! Otherwise, I’d never refer this facility.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I've been coughing and needed to see a doctor, but I’ve called countless times only to be redirected to the appointment department, which is never available. I left a million messages but only received a call back an hour before the office was set to close, and they told me it was too late to come in that day. I was advised to try again tomorrow.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience has compelled me to rate them a zero. The customer service is frustrating, as I was left waiting for a callback and felt completely disregarded. I do not recommend this place.
My son was under Tiffany care for some time and being autistic the whole time but she never ever cared to see anything abut him being on the spectrum and her I am years later receiving his accurate diagnosis of ASD. Be careful bringing your child here people take my word for it I wouldn’t ever again
