“This is our recommendation:The past month has been a busy one for us. Our daughter, who is 3 years old, had gotten an abrasion at school the day before Thanksgiving (11/23) she had to get 3 stitches. Nurse Kelly T & APRN Ramona M. made sure our daughter was comfortable. They were helpful, friendly, and made the visit go smooth, they ensured we understood how to treat her abrasion and when to follow-up.Today 12/10, we got to Londonderry Urgent Care for my daughter to see someone. We got called up to registration fairly quick. She wanted to color, we had asked to borrow a pencil but, instead the woman who helped us was kind enough to give her several coloring pages and a pack of crayons! We were soon called back. We would like thank Nurse Melissa B. She was kind, patient, and easy to talk to. And, Dr. Emry Johnston who was knowledgeable, informative, and patient. They made sure all questions were answered. Though our daughter is shy, they always make her feel special at Elliot. We always choose Elliot Health Systems, they make us feel like family and we always know we can trust them. Thank you Londonderry Urgent Care!“

“I took my mom to the emergency department at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center on a Friday evening for breathing problems. I am very pleased with the experience we had and how she was cared for. She was taken from the waiting area quickly, triaged and immediately brought into the emergency department for treatment. Everyone there was very kind and attentive. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses and technicians all introduced themselves and were efficient and thorough. The doctor was attentive and patient. He explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered.“

After appointment, I was checked out quickly, Ina very timely manner. So far, my interactions with this Bedford, NH Clinic have been informative, quick, friendly, caring, and professional!“

“Ya know I just had to get one more review in before the new year. And wouldn't ya know it? It's another medical center. I'm thinking of enrolling my son's name into the Guinness Book of World Records for most accrued injuries and bizarre conditions within a year's time. But, I digress. What is it with medical centers being rated so harshly around here? We encountered the same kind of thing with the Dartmouth in Lebanon; the one with TWO Yelp pages, for some reason. Seems like a few people had some lousy experiences with the staff or something. On this day though, we encountered nothing but professionalism and cordiality. Oh, and also a bit of confusion. See, their internal layout takes some getting used to. First of all, most sections have their own lobbies, apparently. So, you don't necessarily have to check into the first desk you see as you walk in. It solely depends on what section of the building your appoint is in. So, for instance, we needed X-rays. We proceeded directly to Radiology, which has its own check-in desk. I dunno, maybe I haven't spent enough time in hospitals to really notice. But there's usually a proxy desk one checks into before proceeding to the actual appointment. Kind of like what happened in Orthopedics.. Okay. Get this. In order to properly check into Ortho, you don't go directly to their check-in counter. Noooo. Turns out, you actually have to visit the main check-in desk on the third floor. Yes...the very first set of windows you see. This is unlike our first appointment where we headed directly to the section in question. So anyways, you go to the first check-in window to get a set of labels with the patient's name. THEN....you go to Ortho, labels in hand. And TA-DAAAA! You're checked in. We saw the Doc and he seemed very knowledgeable. We liked that they take the path of least resistance in terms of treatment. No invasive procedures unless it's absolutely necessary. Also, X-rays were quick and easy. I was actually surprised! Not sure how long this facility has been open. But they seem newish. At any rate, I just appreciate having a Dartmouth so close to home. And I dunno about any of these other supposedly horrid experiences. But ours was...fine. I only wish the check-in procedures here weren't so arbitrarily vague. I'm giving Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Nashua 4 expedient X-rays out of 5.“

“I saw Dr. Cronk to both implant a spinal cord stimulator, and nine months later to remove it. I’m quite sure that Dr. Cronk had nothing to do with the failure of my stimulator to help me, rather that the overall incidence of stimulator failures is pretty high. On removal, Dr. Cronk confirmed that the placement of the paddles was perfect. As an aside to those considering an implant - do your research, as in reading papers on PubMed or Cochran. And yes, my trial was effective. But back to Dr. Cronk, she’s smart as a whip and exudes confidence and calm. Regarding her bedside manner, I felt she listened well, she addressed my concerns, and she did not shy from enumerating the risks and possible complications. However, she is a bit cool in her demeanor, and not one to smile much. That said, my primary concern was getting a highly competent surgeon, and as far as I can tell, she is that. As long as you’re not in need of a doctor who makes you feel warm and fuzzy, you can’t go wrong choosing Dr. Cronk. You’ll be in good hands.“
“Dr. Welter is amazing. One month ago I had severe muscle spasms and nerve issues. I was in horrible pain and only able to sleep about 1 hr a night due to this pain. it was absolutely unbearable. I rolled in to see Dr. Welter in a wheelchair. he gave me multiple injections to break the spasms and block the nerve pain. 6 weeks later, i have been cleared to resume normal physical activity. if you dont think anyone can help, try Dr. Welter. you likely don't have to suffer.“
