230 Pleasant St, Methuen
Changs Taekwondo America Martial Arts Schools

“We signed up our son for Chang’s Taekwondo America two and a half years ago and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our autistic son. He wasn’t very coordinated and had trouble doing jumping Jax’s. He is now a black belt! We love all the teachers and it is a very welcoming environment for young and old. We recommend them highly for any who want to learn in a organic friendly way. Master Chang and Master Torres treat all their students with respect. Their sense of humor is joyfully. They treat everyone like family because that is what you become when you join Chang’s Dojang.“

Granite State Kendo Club Martial Arts Schools

“Wonderful experience every time. The senseis are very experienced in kendo and really want everyone to excel in the art. They take the time and care to teach you basics and form, as well as sparring and going over opportunities of attack and defense. The group as a whole is also very welcoming and eager to train with new students. If you're looking to get in to a new sport, I recommend kendo here with this group“

Grodojo

18 1st St, Lowell
Grodojo Martial Arts Schools

“Not sure what we'd do without Green Dragons. It has changed our son's life. As a result he is more confident, he can now speak in front of groups far better than his peers, he can cook tasty food, and he's learning to get enjoyment out of hard work like weeding gardens or taking care of farm animals. Where else can you get such an amazing mix of experiences and character development? So thankful to Master Mike for building this place.“

Akiyama Dojo Martial Arts Schools

“I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the movement group classes but the experience has been amazing. Ken and the rest of the group made me feel welcome and every week we do something different. Ken mixes in his expertise in martial arts with yoga, strength training and meditation. I’ve been able to increase my flexibility, strength and mobility and do things I didn’t think I could. I’ve never felt better. Thank you Ken!“

95 Plaistow Rd Unit 9B, Plaistow
Shinobi Martial Arts Martial Arts Schools

“My daughter has been a student at Shinobi since we moved to Massachusetts 5 years ago. She had studied martial arts her entire life and we wanted a school that taught practical martial arts that worked for women (as well as men). We spent 2 years looking for a school and in the ended landed on Shinobi which was a 45 minute drive in both directions because Dennis and the community are that good. World class real deal teacher here.“
