This dojo is awesome! Deshi is a great instructor and is so good with the kids. Teaching them respect while also making them feel confident all while having fun. All the instructors and mentors make the kids feel so good about themselves while they are there. My daughter loves it. Can’t say enough great things about Ocasio’s!

When I initially enrolled my son in the trial classes I was a little worried. I wasn’t sure if he could handle standing still and taking direction. But I have been proven wrong time and time again. All the staff are so knowledgable and friendly! Deshi is an amazing teacher, he’s dedicated and extremely patient! You can tell he loves what he does. Seeing some of the classes he’s taught and the fact he can keep a large group of 3-6 year olds engaged the whole time is outstanding. His approach is not only to teach them but he makes it fun for them at the same time. My son loves to go to karate and is so proud when he learns new skills!! We signed our son up in October not knowing what to expect. Best....choice...ever! I have seen a change in my son in not only growth but also his determination. Deshi and joshu have the patience with every student and I can see connections and confidence in every kid they have!!! Great team! Great place! Highly recommend ocasios in Plaistow nh!

We are Martial arts school, which focuses on character development and physical education. Developmental teaching levels ages 3 1/2 and up. Confidence, self dsicipline, self defense, self control are some of the attributes developed through the training in our program. Our involvement in community service is s key signature of what our students experience while earning their way to Black Belt, as well as setting standards for a quality life. Easy to start with our many starter courses, where a clear picture of how you or your child can benefit from training here. Fitness in mind, body and spirit is essential. A journey always starts with the first step.
