I can see growth in other children in the Leadership class as well, regardless of their age or ability.“

292 Derry Rd, Hudson“I reached out to Sensei Nic asking if he would have me as a guest while I was in New Hampshire for work. I train under a very credible Kyokushin school with a strong lineage in Canada. Sensei Nic's training is true to his own lineage and shows a clear grasp of the Kyokushin teachings.I was impressed with his students as well, who showed me great hospitality while I attended training with them, and welcomed me fully.Sensei Nic has a unique approach to developing kumite which I found very challenging as well as novel which I appreciated greatly. His conditioning was almost identical to that which I experienced with my own teachers who developed their methods through long training in Japan. This is a VERY good thing! His kihon practice is strong and adheres to the traditional way, however I found his approach to practical application of Kyokushin to be an excellent blending of tradition and modern self defense. I really enjoyed it - Sensei Nic is one of only a handful of Kyokushin Sensei's who have not only practiced kumite with me, but also grappled! I cannot express the value of this to prospective students of Kyokushin.Overall, I rate this Dojo very highly and look forward to sharing what I could learn to my peers, students and teachers at my home dojo.Thank you Sensei for having me, and to anyone looking for karate - GO HERE. THIS IS GOOD KYOKUSHIN.“

222 Central St Unit 8, Hudson“I always wanted to do Taekwondo but as an adult I felt it was too late to start until I found this place. I felt welcomed from the start and fell in love with the place. The owner is a sweetheart and she made me feel at home. The atmosphere is great and I finally found a workout I can be relatively consistent with! I'm a person who gets bored easily so that's saying something that I've been here for a few years now. 1000 out of 10 would recommend!“

18 1st St, Lowell“Not sure what we'd do without Green Dragons. It has changed our son's life. As a result he is more confident, he can now speak in front of groups far better than his peers, he can cook tasty food, and he's learning to get enjoyment out of hard work like weeding gardens or taking care of farm animals. Where else can you get such an amazing mix of experiences and character development? So thankful to Master Mike for building this place.“
“I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the movement group classes but the experience has been amazing. Ken and the rest of the group made me feel welcome and every week we do something different. Ken mixes in his expertise in martial arts with yoga, strength training and meditation. I’ve been able to increase my flexibility, strength and mobility and do things I didn’t think I could. I’ve never felt better. Thank you Ken!“

25 Nashua Rd d3, Londonderry“My child recently started training at World Class Martial Arts, and we’ve been incredibly impressed with the experience. The environment is welcoming, calm, and very focused on helping kids grow in confidence and character. What stands out most is the teaching approach. Instead of rushing through techniques, the instructor focuses on building strong habits and helping students learn to listen, try, and stay steady, even when something feels challenging. It’s clear that the goal is not just martial arts skills, but helping kids develop focus, resilience, and self-confidence. Classes are small, which allows for personal attention and thoughtful instruction. You can tell a lot of care goes into creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable and supported as they learn. If you're looking for a martial arts school that emphasizes mindset, respect, and steady progress, World Class Martial Arts is a wonderful place for kids to train.“
