Awesome karate school! I have been a member for about 10 years and doing martial arts has really improved my social skills as well as my confidence overall. Great for an after school activity if you’re someone who doesn’t do school sports and also great for adults who wanna have a fun workout.
Tried a trial lesson this weekend and immediately knew this would be the right place for us. Deshi was incredibly patient and took the time to learn about my son, even while class was going on. During moments of frustration, she calmly helped guide him back into the activity, and the entire environment felt truly judgment-free.
As the mom of a free-spirited child, it means so much to feel like your child is accepted and belongs. Deshi made us feel exactly that. We can’t wait to start lessons!
Sensei and Deshi Ocasio are amazing teachers! They work with any level of person and really try to focus on maintaining respect and learning! The classes are amazing and there is so much focus on not only the skills but building personal positive growth as well! They also know how to have fun always creating great events, that have all age groups working together and mentoring each other, while building friendships! The whole team at Ocasio's is amazing welcoming, its one of the best things we did as parents to put our son in Ocasio's!!
