“I have had heartline clean my pellet stove previously with no issues. This year my pellet stove was building up a large amount of creosote, because of all the chiseling of the burn pot on a weekly basis, I figured a new burn pot would be a great solution due to it not being pitted and the buildup would stop. Me and the owners son banged heads a little but in the end they agreed to replace the burn pot and service the pellet stove.

The service technician we had was the same that cleaned the stove prior. He is super nice, and gave my wife a very descriptive assessment of what was going on with the pellet stove and how to deal with it. Great service representative.

The owners son suggested it was an issue with the pellets we were using. Let me say he was absolutely correct and we switched pellets and the buildup stopped and the ash accumulation dropped.

I strongly suggest using Heartline for all pellet stove needs and the staff know exactly what they are talking about.“
