I contacted him to inspect my landlords furnace. He showed up and told me All the things that needs to be fixed. He charged me 50.00 and said he would email or text me a receipt and estimate. I texted him over and over and he said he will drop it off personally. Or text me or email me. He never came through. I told him that my landlord is starting to think he was never hear. He just never came through. He just took my money and never gave me a receipt... very unprofessional. I will not be calling him again. I don't recommend him at all. He basically lies. Alot.

Very nice people but unfortunately the routine tune-up to my forced hot air oil burner furnace was done incorrectly and resulted in black soot blowing through the house, darkening my nice painted walls and required me to pay a couple hundred to get my chimney flue cleaned. Not good at all.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Craig said he’d come back time and time again. Never did. When he installed my AC he disconnected my heat and then never came back to fix it no matter how many times I called. Never gave me my rebate information either. I got screwed.Very unprofessional and shoddy workmanship.Services: Heating system installation
