“Update 12/23/25 I woke up, accidentally ran out of oil. 1 Phone call. Oil delivered and furnace reprimed in all of about 30 minutes. Wow.

Consistently the best price in Keene. Ten cent discount for cash/fast payment. Good people. I've only used their service once, but the fellow was competent. Who can ask for more? I'm confused about the below rating since I, almost always, just ask for the minimum fill which I think is 150 gallons and there's never been a charge for that. They do charge for emergency fills and fills less than minimum. Hey those trucks aren't free or cheap to run. Very helpful staff, in person and on the phone. Recommended. **updated 11-20. Had a oil water heater failure that I could not fix. Prompt response, superb tech who was very knowledgeable. Total cost much less than I had expected.“

“The gentlemen from Decatur Heating Services answered my emergency call when water was leaking from my ceiling. They were prompt, great communicators, thorough, and assessed the situation well. They even provided references to a plumber when my problem was not HVAC related. “We have an oil / wood hybrid furnace, that had a series of igniter and controller problems over the past few months, and we lost heat for a few days, multiple times. As a hybrid fuel system, it was also difficult to find anyone to service the unit. We had at least a dozen ‘NOs’ from the manufacturer’s and google-suggested service providers. Those that said they could take a look, needed several days to weeks out to make an appointment.When we finally spoke to Rymes, they quickly confirmed they could work on our system, and Dave P arrived within a few hours. Could definitely tell he has done this (very well) for a few decades, as he quickly tested, inspected, and cleaned each component, and explained their function, and what to look for if they’re failing. We needed a new controller and transformer for the igniter (both of which had been previously replaced with generic, cheap components). Dave P had the parts from the correct manufacturers ready in his truck, was able to improvise as needed, and our system has fixed - and the heat back on - within about an hour of his arrrival. Great experience, we’ll definitely be repeating.“
