“I have NEVER experienced a low impact workout that has delivered the results and enabled me to work this hard - actively strengthening both primary muscle groups and stabilizing muscle groups around joints. I increased both my max pushups and situps in 2 minutes by 20% each and took 15 seconds off of my 1 mile run time.
