“I just finished my intro month. Blaze has an amazing culture, wonderful teachers and a great diverse schedule. The energy in the room can't be beat. All the instructors have a great sense of humor and show passion for what they are doing. They are all genuinely happy to be at work, which looks like fun! I feel challenged without pressure and have enjoyed all the classes I've taken. The Strength and Mobility classes are my favorite. Sara and Jaylon have truly created a unique experience for everyone and anyone.

“Club Pilates Portsmouth is the best! They donated their time for my Pilates for a Cure fundraiser, raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and wow. Kat was our instructor and she gave us the spiciest class, in the best way of course. The class was a mat class at this particular event, so I can't imaging what the reformer classes look like! Overall amazing people and I would have them at every event if I could!“

My lifts at Granite are always the highlight of my day, and I cannot recommend this facility enough. An absolute must for anyone looking to join a new gym in the Dover area.“
