I have been a member of Club Pilates off and on for the past three years. I am thankful for all of the benefits it has brought to my health. During my brief time away I noticed the difference pilates has on my body and quickly returned to regain those effects.The instructors and staff are phenomenal. They all have unique styles. Not one class is the same so you will never get sick of the same ole' same ole'. Thank you to everyone for always giving me a great workout.

I find Pilates classes to be like a therapy session. By having to fully focus on the movements, I escape daily stressors for a while. The stretching and toning feels great too. The people in my classes are all shapes and sizes as well, so I never feel bad about my body.

I’ve been so happy to be a part of Club Pilates. The variety of classes offer so many different intensities, movements and styles. The instructors are thoughtful and helpful, the online platform is user friendly. I feel like I’m making progress and I’m really enjoying the journey!
