Josh was great in resetting the water softener regeneration timing and ensuring that the unit was clean and operating properly. He also showed me how to change settings myself. He also helped me locating some outside shutoff valves. He was great!
I just moved into a new home and had the water heater looked at. Good thing I did cause a couple of parts were worn and had them replaced. Been using Heritage for years and always happy with there service.
