Connor was in a couple of times to do a shower repair in my apartment, and he couldn't have been better! Having repair work done usually makes me very anxious as being around strangers makes me nervous, but he was both respectful and very friendly. His demeanor put me at ease right away, and he put careful effort into making sure my shower was set up correctly with no leaks or quick-fix bandaid solutions. He told me what the problems were and how they would be fixed, what to look out for in future, and even how to customize my new shower fixture if I wanted to add a hose attachment or new shower head. It’s no wonder they receive mostly 5 stars! We just had two Toto toilets installed by Trevor. What a delightful young man! He was very professional, courteous, clean and quick. I liked that they sent a picture of him when they let me know he was on his way. Great experience with Tina in the office as well. It was my first experience with Pettigrew and now they’re my new plumber. Thank you!

Called Pettigrew at 8:00 AM, the tech, Trevor, was at the house before 10:00 and done about an hour later diagnosing the toilet leak and replacing the water shutoff valve and line. Trevor explained the issues and my options and everything now works perfectly. Clean professional job. Great service!
