I'm a first time Port City Plumbing customer and was very impressed at their responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process of fixing my toilet. I called Port City in the morning and my toilet was fixed that same afternoon. My building manager originally recommended Pettigrew, who never picked up the phone or ever returned my voicemail.
