For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.
