I recently contracted with Monarch Construction to replace the roofs on my house and garage. I couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. Tyler came by very quickly and gave me a fair and competitive price. It rained the day work was to begin, and despite their very very busy schedule, Monarch honored their commitment to me and started the next morning. Moreover, when it was discovered that the garage needed major structural repairs, Tyler was able to bring in additional crew, and only charged me for his extra labor and materials cost. His people worked a much longer day and completed everything in one day. Highly recommend Monarch.
Very high quality work. Hired Tattersall to install an electric vehicle charger at our home. They squeezed us into a tight schedule around the holidays, showed up on time, and did a perfect installation. Having worked with a few dozen electricians, both at home and work over the years, what stood out to me was that they put paper down to wipe their feet, didn't leave sawdust and job trash everywhere, and were even willing to get into a dirty crawl space to run the wires where we wanted. They're not the cheapest, but we got top notch, professional results with no cut corners. Worth it.
I used Stan Edmunds to inspect a house I had recently signed a contract to purchase. It was contingent upon a satisfactory home inspection. When I called Stan, he recommended that I be present for his home inspection which was excellent advice since he was then able to walk me through every aspect of the house and his inspection. His analysis was quite detailed and insightful, from the moment he arrived right through his prompt issuance of a detailed written report. After seeing the beautiful work that Key Landscaping did at a friend's house, we decided to contact them for a quote. We were unhappy with our current sidewalk & steps to the front door for quite some time. After the first phone call, I knew that this was a company that values top notch customer service. Their promptness in returning phone calls, answering questions, and spending time on selection of pavers was outstanding. Steve Key listened carefully to my design ideas and also was able to add thoughtful and creative suggestions to the overall project.
When I pointed out an area on the sidewalk that is typically icy in the winter, he suggested that he could add a drainage pipe from the gutter downspout that would go under the new sidewalk. Problem fixed! After I mentioned that I was concerned about my plants being up-rooted, he was able to come up with a a work around so that they could be saved.
The project was done quickly and efficiently using high-tech equipment by Zach Key and his helper. Steve stopped by several times to see how the project was coming along and to answer any further questions. After the project was finished they reseeded the part of the lawn that their trucks & equipment had damaged. Steve came by later to add starter fertilizer and to see if the lawn was starting to sprout. Additionally Steve did some research to find someone who could install a railing on the steps.
We absolutely love our new sidewalk and steps and we are so glad that we hired Steve Key Landscaping for our project, They are a local family owned business who not only value friendly customer service, but who also do amazing creative work! We highly recommend hiring them for your projects.

Rented the shared space for a private event, a baby shower! My sister was visiting from WV and we wanted to host her party in a place that was somewhere she could only find in Keene. This led me to The Shared Space! Not only is the space in the heart of beautiful downtown Keene, offering a unique and special experience, it is extremely affordable and the team that runs it was prompt and very helpful with all communication. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to create a memorable day and I’m so grateful! Everyone that attended loved it and insisted every party we host from now is at The Shared Space…we will certainly be back!

I first consulted with her because I was looking for hair extensions for an updo for my daughter's wedding. After my first appointment with her, I was hooked. My hair color was spot on and the extensions enabled me to wear a secure updo for my daughter's wedding at a very windy venue. Heaven Hair Gallery Salon did the hair and make-up for my daughter’s wedding mid-July and they delivered! We had a large group – 10 attendants, the bride, and a mom – and the stylists got them all done exactly on time!
Anjalee was professional and a good communicator during the booking, planning, and trial session. Her stylists were first and foremost extremely capable. But, they were also attentive to the needs and wants of all involved, calm, and friendly.
The wedding day was a very hot and humid one. Therefore, all the attendants wanted time-consuming and detailed up-dos! Despite the heat and the busy dance floor, everyone’s hair looked great all night. The make-up was natural, polished, and unfussy. All were beautiful!

Best pedicure in the area! Marissa keeps her salon and tools clean and is very careful as she works, so that I've never had even one instance of bleeding nails or picking up a nail fungus. Her service prices are very reasonable, the pedi chairs are great, communication is excellent, and she's always cheerful and friendly. She's also able to work quickly without making you feel like the experience is mechanical and impersonal. Highly recommended! :)

I was really disappointed to read a previous review when I signed to Yelp today. The only other review was from a dissatisfied customer (or rather the customer's boyfriend.) My experience there was certainly significantly different! I had a relaxing break from a busy day and left feeling great and looking great too. I can't stress that enough, Gina really made sure I was happy with placement, size and design before "making it forever". Gina has done my biggest tattoos and was a pleasure to work with. Her art is so well done and I get complements all the time. I suggest both Gina and Crystal to friends and strangers all the time.Plus you get to hang with Gina's herd of amazing doggos in the shop. So, customer service is key to most business besides the quality of work. Been to several tattoo artists in the area and for the most part they were all good. But, that being said, I went to these folks and Jason did my tattoo in the works of finishing my sleeve and all I can say is, this gent GETS IT!!! He crushed it and did a great job. We replaced our water heater on Saturday, only to discover Sunday morning (Easter Sunday, no less!) we had no power going to it due to old corroded electrical lines. We called Ells Electric, honestly not expecting to hear from them on Easter, but they answered our call within minutes and came out within a half hour! They were not only gracious and knowledgeable, but speedy, efficient and very fairly priced. I started taking a yoga class with Michelle at the Fitzwilliam Town Hall two years ago. It had been awhile since I practiced yoga and she made me feel incredibly welcome. Regardless of your skill level, she teaches in a way that everyone can join and practice at their own intensity. She is warm, inviting, and makes you feel at ease. She provides great information throughout the practice so that you understand and learn about your body and how or why we’d use certain poses. She makes class fun! Puttering your lips is natural Botox!!! And it’s even more fun when you’re in happy baby pose! She really gets to know her students and you really feel cared for. When I first started I would get awful back spasms when doing twists, but over time my body learned to relax and yoga is the only thing that helped! She allows you the time and flexibility to lean into your own practice and foster your own journey. I would recommend her classes to anyone, any age, any fitness level, new or experienced!

I went for an ear candling appointment and it was extremely helpful. Pulled about a crayon's worth of wax out of my left ear canal and I felt so much better after.
