Always quick help with kind and friendly staff. I know when I am not feeling well that I can go to Convenient MD, be seen quickly and, most importantly, be helped so that I can get back to work and will be feeling better soon.

I have no problem traveling half an hour to go to urgent care in Keene as they are always professional and caring. You might not always get in right away, but honestly who does. Our average wait has been around 40 minutes.

Visited for a respiratory issue. The receptionist was very efficient and helpful. The waiting room was full. Did not wait as long as I thought I would have to. Saw PA L Bean at the Keene location. Even though all 7 exam rooms were being used, the PA spent a good amount of time with me. She was also very efficient and pleasant. Thank you.
