I brought my young cat here on an emergency, no appointment, hoping they wouldn't turn us away, they didn't. They looked her over and monitored her, ultimately had to refer us to the animal ER, but I'm really grateful they didn't turn us away. Thank you all very much!

This place has some great and not great features. Please understand that I have been a breeder and professional dog handler for many years. My policy is that I stay with my dogs. I do not appreciate vets who do not have much patient/owner experience telling me that I am not allowed to stay with my pet. Dr. Pearson is a delight and I would continue seeing him exclusively, if I could, but that isn't always possible. I now go elsewhere.

We woke up today to a very sick cat. Our regular vet that we've had an existing relationship with rudely told us that they were too busy and could not possibly take an appointment - and then referred us to an emergency vet an hour's drive away in Concord.We called Cheshire Animal Hospital, who we have never used before. Even though they had a full schedule, they put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with a morning appointment! When we arrived, they were fast, efficient, and totally professional.
