“Recently, I had lost hope in humanity, until we met Tom. Our hot water heater died on a Friday. He went out of his way to replace it for us the next day- a Saturday at 8:30 am. He was professional, clean, and kind. In addition to that, he was beyond reasonable when it came to cost. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tom. There are not enough of him in this world. Thank you for saving us Tom.”
