“Connor was in a couple of times to do a shower repair in my apartment, and he couldn't have been better! Having repair work done usually makes me very anxious as being around strangers makes me nervous, but he was both respectful and very friendly. His demeanor put me at ease right away, and he put careful effort into making sure my shower was set up correctly with no leaks or quick-fix bandaid solutions. He told me what the problems were and how they would be fixed, what to look out for in future, and even how to customize my new shower fixture if I wanted to add a hose attachment or new shower head. As a tenant I don't always get the rundown, as I'm not technically the "client," but Connor was kind enough to include me in the process regardless. He was also sweet to my dogs, bonus! I'd recommend him to anybody.“

I don't get it - she is obviously someone who will not be satisfied. She should realize that Dennis is busy, because he is very good. “Another plumber recommended replacing my water heater when it stopped working at a cost of over $3k. Jim offered to check what was causing the fault in case it could be repaired. He worked out it was just a blocked tube to the pressure switch and fixed it for a couple of hours labor. Didn't even need parts. Outstanding!Service: Water heater repair“

“The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.“
