“I had issues with the toilets in my condo. It was a small job and feared I wouldn't find anyone who would come within a month. Sgt. Smith's was recommended and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Andrew scheduled a call within 24 hours. He was efficient and knowledgeable and was honest about how to avoid major repairs vs. replacement of toilets. I'm happy to hear that they also will do shower and bath renos in the future. “The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.“
