Recently, I had lost hope in humanity, until we met Tom. Our hot water heater died on a Friday. He went out of his way to replace it for us the next day- a Saturday at 8:30 am. He was professional, clean, and kind. In addition to that, he was beyond reasonable when it came to cost. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tom. There are not enough of him in this world. Thank you for saving us Tom.
Thom has serviced my central AC unit, forced air system and new Air Source Heat Pumps yearly for many years. Thom and staff are very knowledgeable and they explain what is needed to make everything run at optimal efficiently. Recently, he's helped debug and correct some poor heat pump work done by another company hired by an incompetent builder.
I'd recommend TR Morin to anyone. The fact is, so many HVAC services/personnel I've tried are incompetent, overpriced and/or don't do the job of properly explaining things to you.
