We had a surprise 3rd layer of shingles that the previous owner left us on our roof and Queen City Roofing still managed to get our roof done in one day and did a beautiful job! Our yard was left as if they had never been here - very clean. The site manager, Ryan was in constant communication about what was going on with our roof and was even patient with my wonderfully curious husband looking on and asking questions during the process. I got the whole roof of my house replaced by Queen City Roofing. Prior to the work, the communications and decision were made easy. Then, a date was set fairly quickly. A few days before the actual work, a palette of supplies, a dumpster and a portable toilet were delivered to the site. On the day of the work, a crew of seven people showed up with all kinds of ladders and tools, and the roof was replaced speedily within that one day. All mess was collected, and my property was pristine by the time they departed. The new roof looks fantastic, and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend the company.
