Paid 50% deposit upfront. Took them 6 weeks to start the job after “scheduling delays.” Used cheaper shingles than what was in the contract. When I pointed it out the foreman said “they’re basically the same.” Now fighting to get money back.
Quoted $9,800 for a roof replacement and said 2 days. Crew showed up 3 hours late, left nails all over my driveway, and didn’t finish until day 4. Still have a leak in the back bedroom. Called twice to fix it and they haven’t come back.
Another job well done by Queen City Roofing, I had new shingles installed on home, garage, shed and all aspects of this project were handled in a straightforward professional manner, also appreciated the communication in the process and quick completion of this job, great clean up too !
