Customers appreciate the high-quality equipment and the willingness to provide replacement parts without charge, even when not covered by insurance. The team at the MyEyeDr Hampton was very professional during appointments. They were able to get patients in for eye exams quickly, providing updated prescriptions in one day after the initial call. Caroline was very friendly and helpful, assisting with tasks like putting tricky old lenses in new frames. The representative, Caroline, also fixed broken sunglasses quickly and at no charge, which was a welcome surprise for customers. Patients express that the staff, including Caroline and Gill, were welcoming, nice, helpful, patient, and ensured they were getting what they wanted.
Broke the nose pad on my glasses and went to the Hampton office to get it fixed. Walked in, handed the glasses to the gentleman at the desk, and he had them fixed in 5 minutes. It was free of charge as well. Had an easy time with them purchasing frames last year as well. Would certainly recommend.
My husband and I both recently had eye appointments at MyEyeDr in Hampton. The friendly staff was wonderful and the individual attention we had was amazing! My husband is very pleased with his prescription reading glasses and I ordered three pairs of glasses…sunglasses, reading glasses and distance glasses. I am very happy with my new glasses! Thank you very much and we will continue to go to MyEyeDr for all our vision needs!
I have had the BEST experience at My Eye Dr. Hampton NH! I have multiple prescriptions and need a lot of help with glasses and Ben, the General Manager is super knowledgable and really listens. Dr. Zeidan is also wonderful and patient and helped me with my dry eyes. They also have a large selection of frames with the latest technologies and accept many insurance plans. Highly recommend!!
