“First time using this business. I have never heard of this company before. Had a general service done to my oil furnace. Last year I had to replace the mother board to my furnace but used a different company. I also had an issue where the fan would continuously run and not shut off. Casey came by and did an amazing job!! He discovered that the wiring was wrong to the mother board and that another part was blown out. He told me replacement cost to that 1 part, I agreed and he got the job done. Furnace runs PERFECTLY now!! 11/10 would recommend this business to anybody.“

“Mike and the team at 603 were wonderful to work with. Our home was struck by lightning and they helped us install our new water heater. They were very responsive and communicated in a variety of ways. There were a few hiccups out of 603's control and they went above and beyond to make sure our water heater was installed with the highest of quality! We were appreciative of the extra communication they provided with our insurance company. They sent documents and helped clarify questions that were needed for the appraisal. “Amazing service from start to finish. It's not always easy to get things done quickly in Vermont. Total Climate Control came to our house within hours of my calling them when we noticed our solar assist water heater was leaking. Shoutout to Megan and Trevor who are wonderful. They both helped us figure out next steps. We ended up buying a new water heater from Home Depot that was delivered, and then a Total Climate Control team of two came the next day to install it. Everything went so smoothly. They are great communicators, sending reminders and confirmations and introducing the team with photos before they arrive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. “We ran out of propane much to our surprise because the company had installed a monitor to allegedly make sure that didn't happen. I called the emergency line and spoke to an amazing woman named Courtney. She determined almost immediately that when the monitor was installed, we had been taken off of auto delivery and switched to "will call". She fixed the mistake and arranged for a driver to come out today. Courtney was the epitome of what I would expect a customer service rep to be. If I could give Courtney stars I would give her 10+++. I gave the company 4 because of the mistake that was made. Mistakes happen I get it. Thanks to Courtney we are going to be taken care of. ADDENDUM: Paul, the delivery driver, came out in the dark, pouring rain/sleet and did a very thorough job of getting our tank filled. He checked for leaks and made sure everything was up and running before he left. So 10++ stars for Paul, also!“
