“I cannot recommend Joyce enough!!! They came the day after I called for a quote and were able to install my new boiler just a couple days later when other companies couldn’t come for weeks or months. I had called about replacing my boiler in November when it was COLD! Their quotes were very reasonable, they were incredibly accommodating and moved mountains to get the job done in one day since it was the week of Thanksgiving. They were clean and tidy and did amazing quality work. I LOVE my new top of the line system 2000 boiler! Bill is so wonderful to work with. He answered all my many many questions and addressed every concern I had. He was so polite and professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to. I just had them come out again to fix a burst pipe which is what pushed me to write this review. Another prompt, thorough, quality, reasonably priced job well done by Joyce!! “I cannot say enough good things about Live Free Heating & Cooling. They are incredibly responsive, thorough, professional, friendly and will work with you no matter your issue! After realizing our old furnace wouldn’t turn on one of the co-owners sat on the phone with my husband on a Saturday working through what could be the issue. They walked us through our options (they had been out to us before and had done repairs on the old thing) and were honest in their recommendation for a new one, even through my gripes and groans ?. They came out and installed a beautiful new furnace. Didn’t leave a speck behind (other than heat!!) you wouldn’t even know they were here. If you’re in their area use them for anything and everything you won’t be disappointed!!“
