I needed to get a tank set, filled, and the lines from the tank to the house installed quickly. Initially I was given a lengthy wait time (several weeks). I spoke to Marc Murgo who worked his magic and had it all done almost immediately! Because of Marc’s amazing customer service, I will be an Eastern customer for life! Thanks Marc!

Two words: Tucker Lovering. Eastern's energy consultant helped me work through a complicated situation and resolved my issues during a transition from my current carrier to Eastern Propane. I know I will enjoy the future service with Eastern due to his efforts. Eastern doesn't know it, but they will have a customer for life now with me, thanks to Tucker.
