Brandon was great! He Thoroughly diagnose the problem and explained it to me. The tub was draining very quickly. He then tackled my sink problem. Though he was unable to fix it in this appointment he stopped to check on any price adjustments and explained what needed to happen and how he could help us in the future. Brandon was very helpful and used pictures to explain.
