He worked with management and arranged for an Al Terry crew to remove the tank on the day we were expecting, despite the subcontractor canceling again. That level of responsiveness and commitment meant a great deal to us.
Even after the work was completed, Randy continued to provide outstanding support. I had a few follow-up questions about detectors, and he responded to my text messages promptly and without hesitation.
