“We were so lucky to get a referral for Dave and Jackson at Mack's Heating and Air Conditioning from our electrician! Dave, the owner, came out and gave us a reasonable estimate (not outlandish like another we'd gotten) to replace the flex ducts in our basement and replace the insulation wrapping around our main metal duct and his son, Jackson, was able to fit it into his schedule the very next week which was so great.The previous owners who sold this house to us worked hard to hide the remnants of decades of rodent infestations in the insulations in the basement ceiling beams when we bought the house recently so we've been working to get rid of the aftermath of it including its horrible stench ever since so replacing the flex ducts and duct insulation wrap was yet another necessary step to having a clean home.Dave and Jackson really were fantastic in both helping us understand the work being done and in completing the work in the time allotted and to specifications. Thank goodness we found them because there are so many questionable businesses these days it seems.We've discussed with them having them upgrade our filtering system in the HVAC unit too now and possibly adding a UV light to kill bacteria and any other living organisms like viruses or mold. We're simply thrilled to have an honest and reliable HVAC company that we can rely on because having recently moved from Pennsylvania to be closer to our daughter who also moved here for law school has caused us lots of heartache in trying to find good, professional businesses.Thank you, Dave and Jackson!!“

“I called Jeff Daigle Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling first thing this morning after we woke up to water on our basement floor. We noticed that the hot water heater was leaking. Our house is new construction and the hot water heater itself had essentially busted a seam (according to the inspection of amazing plumber, Noah)!Jeff Daigle's office manager, Christine, had everything on file from the initial install of our hot water heater and not only checked to make sure the warranty was still valid, she also quickly got to work to locate a new hot water heater for us and let me know they would be here this afternoon to replace it.I can't thank Jeff Daigle Plumbing & Heating enough for their prompt response. We are about to welcome our second baby (any day now) and the thought of not having hot water with a toddler and a newborn was less than ideal.
