A couple years ago, they replaced the roof of our camp (a tiny structure with an infuriating number of roof surfaces) and this week, they did the roof of our house and garage. “If the problem isn't obvious, analyzing a roof leak issue requires methodical patience, years roofing experience, and a genuine desire to solve the customer's problem. Some people are willing to throw money at a vexing issue. You may well know from experience that this generally leads to expensive frustration. If you do, then you understand that your money is well spent hiring a competent professional. Mike from Skyline solved my roof leak (rubber membrane roof located under roof deck hot tub). He carefully inspected all possible causes, tested for integrity to determine with certitude, then explained and offered a DIY fix. In the end the 10 year old roof system previously installed by Skyline continued to function perfectly. It was the sliding glass door that was leaking. (Mike laughed when he explained how much water can drain through a 1/16 inch diameter hole). I highly recommend Skyline. “They are great to work with! I had leaking coming through my door between my kitchen and 3 season porch from ice dams on my roof. RJ was able to come out and take a look same day. The next morning, the team came and cleaned the roof and stopped the leaking. I did get pricing from another company and they were in the same ballpark, competitively priced. But RJ's could come out sooner than the other company. The roof is nice and clean from the large amount of ice up there. The team was also great in shoveling the walkways once they were done cleaning the roof. “We decided to use Marquis Roofing for a standing seam metal roof on our log cabin. Very impressed with the overall quality of everything the crew did. Josh‘s team was very professional, answered every question we had, and did a very good job cleaning up the work site when everything was finished (every last nail and scrap was gone). The team stripped and removed two layers of shingles, replaced over 14 panels of plywood installed a new skylight, and also did some facia replacement for us. The custom fitting of drip edges and standing seam metal roof came out very nice. “My only complaint is it took a long time for installation, 7 hours for 3 windows. But I know we needed some some wood replaced under our Windows due to rot, so I'm sure that added to the time required.
