COIT Cleaning & Restoration
“I have a 10' long fabric blind that was in dire need of cleaning and repair. I contacted Coit for an estimate . Devin arrived for my appointment and informed me of my options. Although Coit does not do blind repair, they do work with American Blind repair and offered to take mine to them. When the repair was finished, Devin from Coit picked up my blinds and brought them to the Coit facility for cleaning. My blinds were too big for their vats, so they hand cleaned them causing a slight delay in their return. Once completed, they were brought back to my home and hung. I was ecstatic! They looked beautiful. A small dark spot did appear on the head rail after the maneuvering of getting 10' blinds in the door. Devin went into action and made sure the spot disappeared. The whole experience with Coit was excellent! It is difficult today to find superior customer service, but Coit was up for the challenge. All of the employees were knowledgeable, polite, and willing to go the extra mile. I must add that American Blind Repair was top notch also. They repaired a hole in the fabric .
I know I have rambled on, but I was blown away with Coit's exceptional service. I will definitely use them again.”
