My parents always used Palmer’s for their carpet needs. My Dad was a friend of the owner. I knew that the ownership had changed, but wanted to support a local business, so I gave them a call.
Immediate response and great communication! Offered knowledge of their business and what could be done about our elder dogs pee spots that we have cleaned up and tried using other products to get rid of the smell and color.
They did an amazing job and the carpets look excellent ! So happy I trusted them with my carpets.

I had a great experience with Palmer’s Carpet Cleaning & Restoration! We had all of our carpets cleaned in home we just purchased. Palmer’s was very responsive and reasonably priced! The gal I spoke on the phone with was very patient and answered all of my questions. They were able to send me text messages throughout the process making it easy to communicate as I don’t have access to call throughout the day due to my job. Our home feels real and clean now! I will definitely be hiring them again!

Palmer's was able to accommodate us quickly during a stressful time & situation. They contracted with another business to remove & replace the carpeting that couldn't be cleaned. Everything was completed in 1 week and is greatly appreciated.
