“I contacted All Dry Services after many Lincoln offices were not returning my call (5 companies) for an assortment of issues we are having with the cold weather snap. Within a few days they had an inspector (who was very knowledgeable and very informative) come out to check out the problem. He walked me through each point of the inspection and explained why and what was going on with our home. With two small kiddos at home they understood the importance of timing and left our residence better than when they showed up, which was the icing on top of the cake. They were able to help us figure out the issues and to fix them. I would also like to point out that the owner is one of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable people in this field. It's like the day we moved in.Dan is not only a true expert in cleaning, sanitizing, and odor removal; he showed me how to clean and service my furnace to further improve our air quality. He provides a personalized service that the big companies in town just cannot match.First he checked out the state of our carpets and explained exactly what we needed and why. I appreciate not paying for extra stuff we don't need. He explained the process for pet odor removal, cleaning, and after care. “John and Chris were hands-on along with their whole crew when we had a major waterline break that flooded our fully furnished walkout basement. Water soaked carpet and drywall was immediately removed. The number of driers and dehumidifiers installed the first day was impressive and no doubt shortened the cleanup phase. Constant moisture testing ensured repairs were made when ready. Their team of employees and contractors made expert repairs, and diligently protected surviving furniture. They had a good relationship and reputation with our insurance company that resulted in our being paid incredibly fast. We were so satisfied with their insurance work we used them to do extensive enhancements resulting in an upgraded environment at our own expense. Well done to the whole PuroClean team!“

I highly recommend them.Next time. I had a stain on my couch and some on the carpet. Also one on the steps from a sick dog. My tech, David, got rid of all of the stains.
