Maxim Cleaning & Restoration
“I had a mold issue on my garage ceiling due to condensation from my HVAC ducts. I don't remember what led me to call Maxim, but I'm absolutely grateful I did. Owner Gabe - whose experience in mold remediation spans multiple decades - is a wonderful soul who quickly came out and assessed what needed to be done. His crew was incredible; they took great care to protect my belongings from drywall dust, removed the affected drywall, washed the garage floor afterwards, and got a separate crew out there in a timely manner to close things up after my insulation contractor finished his part. I'm beyond pleased with the job done and all the staff I worked with; I'm keeping Maxim in my contacts list for future home maintenance needs!”
