My carpet was very loose, and just a few years after having it installed new. Chris made it all look new again, he spent an entire day stretching and reinstalling the carpet in 4 rooms, I’m so happy with his work, I have hired him two other times, one time he fixed the carpet on the stairs, that was bunching up in the center, haven’t had anymore problems with that, and he stretched the carpet in our family room when we were replacing our pool table. He is the best and I highly recommend him.
We needed our whole home of carpet and pad replaced. Chris was always quick to respond and schedule, easy to work with and timely. He did a great job with the whole install, from the measurements to cleanup. We also had hardwood flooring installed which required him to return to adjust the transitions from the hallway to the bedrooms. Highly recommend Chris and Innovative Floors!
Chris did a fantastic job re-stretching and correcting our basement carpet. He answered the phone himself and did the work in a timely manner. Worth every penny and we’re definitely asking him back for a few more flooring projects in the future!
