John and Chris were hands-on along with their whole crew when we had a major waterline break that flooded our fully furnished walkout basement. Water soaked carpet and drywall was immediately removed. The number of driers and dehumidifiers installed the first day was impressive and no doubt shortened the cleanup phase. Constant moisture testing ensured repairs were made when ready. Their team of employees and contractors made expert repairs, and diligently protected surviving furniture.
