Getting our duct cleaning scheduled with Sharp was quick and easy. Joel was so great at answering all my questions. The actual process went smooth and quick. I was a bit disappointed at not getting any feedback about the ducts - like before and after pictures or the technicians reporting how bad the ducts were. I found a couple areas in my house that had leftover debris that I spent time cleaning up after the technicians left. So I can only assume that the ducts were cleaner after the process. I would definitely hire Sharp again for duct cleaning. I will just ask more pointed questions in the future.

Sharp did an excellent job. Their arrival window was scheduled between noon and 2 pm got a call that they were on their way just after noon and the team of two arrived at 12:30. We went over the areas to be cleaned and where extras were needed for some pet damage. They said it would take about 90 min for all the areas. They were polite and professional and the job took just over an hour. Carpets look and smell great. The quote was up front, a fair price per room and add-ons, and there were no surprises with the bill at the end. Cheaper than I had estimated to boot. Fantastic service, would recommend, and I will use them again.
