I contacted another company first trying find out who was able to install these systems and I waited for days to even hear back from them.Sherman plumbing answered the phone, knew exactly what I needed and was willing to come within a couple days to install it.When he came he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating.When the install threw some curve balls he went over and above to make sure it was perfect. “I felt the technician was fair and honest with me. We were concerned a pipe may have burst. but based on the location of the water coming in it did some likely it was a crack in the foundation.He was transparent that he couldn't confirm anything without taking a look. He did have to cut a couple holes in the wall, which maybe could have been a little smaller, but after taking a look he confirmed it was the crack in the foundation.This was a pretty quick job, so I definitely appreciated that he cut us a deal.After he left, we did find a shutoff that would have been helpful to have discussed. Not necessarily a big issue, but thought maybe that was something he would have noticed.I will definitely call for future issues. I believe they are honest folks.“

After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each.
