“Beau Martin, of Skywalker Roofing company, was in my neighborhood, doing a roof inspection on a neighbor’s house. I asked him to look at mine if he had a chance. He did! My roof is 20 yrs old, shockingly, he said it look fine, and recommended no repairs or re-roofing the house. He did show me some damage/wear around the fire place flashing. He gave me a quote for that, and I asked for an estimate for a fireplace cap! I liked the estimate. They completed the job a couple of weeks ago, and we are tickled pink! The few companies I called first had a minimum number of windows to be installed, therefore would not come out.
