We've had several quotes, one that was ridiculously high, and one who told me the inside molding around my windows would be damaged from the work!?I was referred to Mid-Atlantic by another company who is doing work on our home. I phoned and got an appointment for just a day or so later. The salesman Kirk didn't give us a sales pitch - he listened. Then he measured and gave us a price for the windows we wanted. Done deal!The windows arrived last Friday and the install was set for yesterday. The installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Mike, Dave, and Doug were pleasant, efficient, and respectful of our property. Kirk came by in the morning and afternoon to see how things were progressing.To say they all went above and beyond on this job is an understatement.I now have beautiful, easy-care windows that work and at a price I didn't think possible.We will be spreading the word about Mid-Atlantic. They are probably the best kept secret in the replacement window industry.“

“We used Alpha Omega to replace our roof and install an integrated solar system (BIPV). Their pricing was competitive, they were on schedule, and the final product came out great. They spent a lot of time with us answering questions prior to work starting, and they were very quick to follow up with us long after the project was completed. “Found them on a Google search. I called them directly and they were the first to actually answer the phone. They offered to send someone out for free to measure the job but since my gutters where simple and on a metal building that I just had installed and knew the measurements. They took my word and gave me a price quickly. I agreed and they put me on the schedule for the following week. The guys showed up in 3 work trucks for 1- 24’ sections of gutter which blew my mind. I was thinking that this company doesn’t play any games. The guys knocked out the job in a matter of an hour and done an amazing job. The worse thing I can say is that I found 3 screws laying out in the driveway but they were small screws and could easily been overlooked. Needless to say I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!“

“Requested an estimate back in February. They came to my house on February the 12th to look everything over. It's now March 14th and I've never heard a word back from them. Update as of 3/15/24, director of operations called and apologized for the issue. Assured me that someone different would be calling me. And that the issue with the last person who came was handled.“

The few companies I called first had a minimum number of windows to be installed, therefore would not come out. “Went here to get my COVID vaccine and they did really good. They were good to me, made sure I was accommodated (I have a needle phobia), and in general it was a good vaccination experience for me. They did a good job. They were clear on how long I would have to wait until I would need to get my second vaccine and when I came back for my second vaccine they helped me out and vaccinated me and did a good job.You even get a sticker and badge on the way out.I am now a happy vaccinated teen. Got my first shot April 13 and my second shot May 4 (was a good way to spend Star Wars day) and am happy to being doing my part to protecting me and others.Highly recommend for COVID vaccine.“

“Hired Window World to replace all the windows and 2 outside doors in our house that were over 30 years old, and they did a great job. Were competitive on price and the windows installed are great. Had multiple sizes and types of windows, and was happy that they all arrived correctly and were able to be installed in one day, which I was impressed with for such a large job. The sales person and the installation crew were all very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was somewhat of a negative was that it took about 8 weeks for them to get all the windows in, but again with a job as large as ours and the current supply chain situation, is understandable. We were not in a hurry so was better to wait for the right stuff. We will be replacing our front door with window world in the future as well, after we finish a few other projects first, so would definitely recommend them.Services: General window replacement“
