We had so much rotted wood around windows and other outside trim that they fixed, painted, and cleaned up. They worked in our garage and left it cleaner than before they arrived. We also had numerous windows with broken seals, including palladium size. They replaced each with new glass and very neatly done. Looks like new windows.

“I cannot say enough good things about the windows project through Crown Builders. I found them through a neighbor and coworker’s recommendation. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything and the installation process was efficient and delivered great quality.

I have a home built in the 50s and I needed to replace original windows and a sliding door from the late 00s. Alside was recommended by John Helms and they have turned out to be great! The house is way more comfortable now. Great job by Bobby, Jerome, Alex and Jon from the installation team! And thanks to Brian (Install manager) for always being available to answer questions and making quick decisions regarding the installation process.

“The SHS team of guys were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was professional, trustworthy, and respectful. Raul, the team’s lead, had everything under control down to the littlest of things. The whole area was kept clean and safe. He handled everything and would reach out to us when something unexpected was found which was rare. We had exceptional communication with him and the whole SHS team throughout the job. The job was started on time and finished within a decent timeframe considering how large of a job it was. The price of the job was in line with other estimates I had gotten. (And I got a lot). We chose to go with SHS not because of the estimate but because of Rob. Rob Drumm put in a great deal of time and effort to make sure we were going to be happy with the final cost and finished product. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the work he was extremely patient with us considering it took us over a year to bite the bullet. If we need any work done in the future I would absolutely have them do the job.“

“I needed to replace my 18-year-old, second story, 200 square-foot, wooden deck in Davidson, North Carolina with composite decking. After receiving multiple bids, I contracted with American Dream Home Remodeling of Charlotte, North Carolina, owned by Ben Bellasai. The same day that I requested a quotation from the company, Rex came by our house in Davidson to evaluate the size of the project. I spoke with Ben that evening; he provided me with a clear explanation of how they would address the project, and a cost quotation. That same evening Ben emailed me a contract that I signed and returned to Rex. They scheduled the remodeling to start in a couple weeks, but the project was delay several weeks by rain. Rex was the project manager for the deck replacement and once started, Rex oversaw a team of three excellent carpenters lead by Carlos. On the first day they removed the old deck, and provided some design improvements over my initial statement-of-work. On the second day, they removed a privacy screen on the deck and replaced the old rotten wood with Trex, a wood-plastic composite. Rex was on-site much of the time and Carlos lead his team of carpenters to rapidly complete the project in a timely and professional manner. Recently, my wife and I sat out on our new deck and we are both extremely pleased with the look and feel of our new Trex composite deck. I would highly recommend American Dream Home Remodeling for any home remodeling work. They provided a very reasonable bid price for the project and they completed the project in a timely and professional fashion. He found rotten wood under my old door and he spent all day meticulously and thoroughly repairing the damage before then installing my door that works perfectly and looks amazing!! “I can’t recommend Baker Roofing enough. Had the salesman come out to inspect and quote price of roofing, options, and how the process would flow. Rion was very informative and upfront with everything. Very fair pricing and open about where each dollar was going. Also he was upfront about we may need more wood than quoted. He assured me that on the day of repair he would be on site with the crew. They were able to get it scheduled for about a week and a half later, weather permitting of course. They got started bright and early. After they got it demoed they needed more plywood than what was quoted. Rion called to get approval for the additional materials and he headed to pick that up while the crew was prepping the roof to install the additional plywood. They were all fast polite and answered any questions I had. They were all very professional the entire time. Clean up was very thorough. They always had at least one guy on the ground picking up and cleaning up. Highly recommended!!!“

“I was in search on a new door for my front door. I looked at all of the usual places, and didn't find anything that I liked. I found HCR and I contacted them to give more info. Daniela come from HCR, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We discussed many options. We talked about costume options. Being a mechanical designer myself I understood about the material, installation and all that it would take to choose, manufacturer and install the door. She told me of all the options. She also said that I could also choose any design for the glass, or make a sketch and it can be made on the glass. I chose to use an existing design and tweek it. I never told Daniela of my occupation, until after I signed off on the purchase. She never tried to upsell or steer me to something it didn't need. In my design, I wanted red in my design.
She advised me that red glass is more expensive. I replied that I knew. Un summary, my experience was excellent. Daniela was great to work with and honest. The door was installed with care and the precision that I hoped it would be. When I will need anything for the exterior of my house. I will surely call them first.“
