We've had several quotes, one that was ridiculously high, and one who told me the inside molding around my windows would be damaged from the work!?I was referred to Mid-Atlantic by another company who is doing work on our home. I phoned and got an appointment for just a day or so later. The salesman Kirk didn't give us a sales pitch - he listened. Then he measured and gave us a price for the windows we wanted. Done deal!The windows arrived last Friday and the install was set for yesterday. The installation crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Mike, Dave, and Doug were pleasant, efficient, and respectful of our property. Kirk came by in the morning and afternoon to see how things were progressing.To say they all went above and beyond on this job is an understatement.I now have beautiful, easy-care windows that work and at a price I didn't think possible.We will be spreading the word about Mid-Atlantic. They are probably the best kept secret in the replacement window industry.“

“Found them on a Google search. I called them directly and they were the first to actually answer the phone. They offered to send someone out for free to measure the job but since my gutters where simple and on a metal building that I just had installed and knew the measurements. They took my word and gave me a price quickly. I agreed and they put me on the schedule for the following week. The guys showed up in 3 work trucks for 1- 24’ sections of gutter which blew my mind. I was thinking that this company doesn’t play any games. The guys knocked out the job in a matter of an hour and done an amazing job. The worse thing I can say is that I found 3 screws laying out in the driveway but they were small screws and could easily been overlooked. Needless to say I have zero complaints and would recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!“

“Requested an estimate back in February. They came to my house on February the 12th to look everything over. It's now March 14th and I've never heard a word back from them. Update as of 3/15/24, director of operations called and apologized for the issue. Assured me that someone different would be calling me. And that the issue with the last person who came was handled.“
