Much like the other reviews, we had a botched Hardie install from a different contractor and reached out to Hatch Homes hoping they could help. We should have just started with them and saved a ton of time and headaches! From the start, every interaction with the Hatch team was professional. They helped ease our concerns and answered the questions we had, before we even had a chance to ask them. Communication was excellent. Once on site, our project manager kept in contact with us and fixed issues as they arose. When we started our research for our major home renovation, we selected Hatch Homes for several reasons: 1. One-Stop Shopping with quality craftsmanship. 2. Computer-based design and project management tools that allowed us to see our vision with the ability to make changes. 3. Relationship building and trust.My wife retired from the building products field and was very impressed with the quality and project management from start-to-finish. The project included the Hardie exterior, new gutters, a new privacy fence, a newly designed half wall w/ new windows, new doors and updated lighting.
