“Workouts with The DeeTrain are never boring! We have never done the same workout the same way twice because she is always adding some crazy twist. Starting a 235 pounds, I have not only lost down to 195 but also gained a tremendous amount of strength and balance. If you are looking the traditional 3 sets of 10 style training, look elsewhere..but if you are looking fun, effective, unique, regimens - look no further!“

“Great small gym for one on one training to learn proper form and technique (so I wouldn’t hurt myself starting to lift for the first time in my life)! Learning new workouts to take home as well. Jarret is super intelligent and his degrees and certifications are definitely shown as he is educating throughout each session“

“This is an amazing place to go. John is an amazing person and the staff and instructors are great people who are down to earth and will help you out and help you get better at what ever it is you want to do. Our daughter took classes there and she could not wait to go every week after school and train. Our whole family went there. Great HIT work outs with Kick boxing classes. The instructors walk around while giving instructions and help people out that might need a little help with form. If you are looking for your kids to train or if you are looking for a gym that will treat like family as soon as you walk through the door, then this is the place for you. Miss you all. “I am from the west coast and normally don't use the planet fitnesses out there- they don't feel inspiring to me. Since being out in Wilmington I got a membership to the planet fitness here off of market and omg it's so different. Amazing vibe. So bright and the staff are all so nice and helpful. The machines are always clean and up to date. I am in LOVE with their updated Angel red light total body enhancement! I feel amazing after using it and love how I don't have to stretch my arms to hold onto the handles on the roof of the unit like I do at other planet fitnesses. I can just hold onto the poles along the side. So nice! Love it. I wish we had a planet fitness this nice in my home town . I crave it every time I come visit Wilmington now.“

“Here is a review from a recent client: I was not familiar with corrective exercise before I stepped into Fitness for Life last summer and met Greg. I went in to inquire about winter biking classes, but it didn't take long before Greg and I were talking about some of the other services he offered. I was especially interested in the way Greg described his approach to training. It all made sense so I decided to give it a try. I am sure glad that I did. The improvements in my strength and flexibility as well as my general awareness of how my body works have been phenomenal. I have always worked out on my own. The problem was I didn't know much about what I was trying to do so I never did many exercises correctly. Having someone watch you and make sure you do each movement correctly is the key to making real progress without reinforcing bad habits or getting hurt. Now I am aware of my body so much more and I am conscious of all the little things that affect whether I am getting the most out of what I do. Corrective exercise has made a huge difference in how I feel. As we continue to work out together I am excited about being able to remain active for many years to come.
