“This is an amazing place to go. John is an amazing person and the staff and instructors are great people who are down to earth and will help you out and help you get better at what ever it is you want to do. Our daughter took classes there and she could not wait to go every week after school and train. Our whole family went there. Great HIT work outs with Kick boxing classes. The instructors walk around while giving instructions and help people out that might need a little help with form. If you are looking for your kids to train or if you are looking for a gym that will treat like family as soon as you walk through the door, then this is the place for you. Miss you all.
