I was in town for vacation 3 weeks out from my meet and needed to lift on comp equipment. The owners were extremely helpful getting me in during the hours I needed, amazing equipment and an excellent atmosphere. I couldn't ask for a better gym, definitely making return trips!

After 3 months of training with Dylan, I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. After 2+ years without any physical exercising, I was finally ready for a lifestyle change. Dylan designs workouts that are fun, challenging, and fit my skill level. Highly recommended! Thanks Dylan!
