Agreed to a maintenance agreement .There were a lot of small issues wrong with several things breaker box , a loose breaker, filter issues , attic unit frozen over, low Freon . All issues fixed. Will and Luis very polite answered any questions I had. Explained each step of what they found as they went along with maintenance checks. Knew their stuff very respectful.
