“Our heat pump went out after 20 years so we called Brandon for an estimate to replace it. He came out that day and replaced it the next. His estimate was the lowest of the 5 companies we called, and significantly lower than the larger companies we had dealt with in the past. There was a problem with the outside unit, but Brandon and his Dad came out the next day and did a warranty replacement with no hassle. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and a fair price so I would give them 6 stars if I could! Will definitely be calling them for all our HVAC needs going forward.“

“I am very happy with the service I received from Pilot Air. From start to finish Lee was very professional and answered all of my multiple questions. The crew with him were also very respectful and courteous. When the city inspector came to inspect the install he asked me who had done the install and stated that the work was some of the best he had seen. I got four quotes from four different contractors and Pilot Air was the best price/value by far. The sales man that I worked with was John and he was a pleasure to work with as well.
