The entire staff from start to finish were very nice and accommodating! So glad for the great experience! It was my son's first eye doctor appointment and he did a wonderful job! “I had a great experience with the woman who does the testing before I saw the doctor and an excellent experience with Evelyn who helped me pick out my new glasses. My rating would of been a 5 but I’m upset with the fact that I was made aware that the test that consist of the full picture of your eye (the one you pay out of pocket for) was not done properly last year because the picture did not show my full eye like it’s supposed to but yet Dr. Dunn never said anything about it not being done properly. Now this year Dr. Dunn tells me everything looks good with my eyes according to the picture taken this year but then says oh wait the test shows your cornea is thinning and tells me what to watch out for since it’s possible it can tear. My problem what that is why didn’t she explain what it actually means, what causes it and how to prevent further damage??? It’s like yeah something is wrong with your eye be careful it can tear okay bye. The exam felt rushed.“

“Several years ago before lasik I was having a very difficult time with migraines and finding the right glasses that didn't trigger migraines. Staff was very patient with me. Need glasses again after a few years of perfect vision and staff is as great as I remembered from years ago.“

“My normal eye doctor couldn’t fit me in when I needed to be seen so I decided to try this place. The employees were very nice, but the doctor sees you via Zoom. They didn’t have my contact lens prescription in office, so they put me in the wrong powered lenses, corrected the wrong prescription with some glasses, and had me read the letters again. When I couldn’t see well, we had to wait for the Zoom doctor to be available again. When I said I couldn’t read the line he asked me to read, he insisted I guess what the letters might be and declared the prescription correct. The technician told me to come back in a week to be rechecked, but the reason I went to this office was because I’m not available to go to the eye doctor for several months. Again, the in person staff is outstanding, but I can’t recommend this place for people who actually want to see a doctor and feel confident in their prescription.“

Frames on the spot, FAST service, another pair ordered, contacts and out the door for about 30% less than I have ever spent on all of those things AND IN AN HOUR…maybe less! Just in time for my meeting ????‍?? it’s the excellent service that literally changes lives! So grateful for them saving the day and being so KIND!
