My whole experience has been phenomenal. My dog decided to eat my glasses. My eyesight is pretty bad. I didn't know what to do since I didn't have a backup pair. I was able to get an eye exam the same day and walk out with 2 new pair of very affordable glasses. My exam was done by Haleigh. She was very sweet and gave me a great exam. Cheyenne helped me pick out just the right glasses. She was so nice and understanding. She was patient and worked with me to make sure I absolutely loved my glasses. I came back to purchase more glasses and again she showed me that same fantastic customer service.
From the time my daughter and I walked in for the first time at Stanton Optical, we were greeted very professionally with a smile by Cheyenne. She was very sweet and got us signed in quickly. Christina was also very sweet and professional and so was the manager Erica. They’re a great staff with bright smiles and they all create an environment worth visiting. I was helped by Cheyenne & Edward I was extremely pleased with their patience and helpfulness, and was given all the time I needed to make my decision, very pleased!!! The pricing and comparison with where I got, my prescription was $300 less so that it’s self I am pleased.
